In the heart of Kentucky, many families and outdoor enthusiasts find joy and adventure with their ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides. Whether it’s a Honda Rancher blazing through the backwoods or a Polaris RZR navigating rugged trails, these vehicles are often essential for both work and play. However, when it’s time for an upgrade or if the vehicle is no longer in use, donating it can be a fantastic way to give back to the community.
At Ride for Good, we believe that every vehicle can make a difference. Your donation of an ATV or UTV not only frees up space in your garage but also provides vital support for our local initiatives in Kentucky. From helping families in need to funding community projects, your generosity can transform the life of someone else while keeping the spirit of adventure alive.

How pickup works
Pickup of your ATV, UTV, or side-by-side is a straightforward process with Ride for Good. Even if your vehicle is off-road only and lacks a title, we can manage the pickup with an MSO bill of sale. Our team will use a trailer or small flatbed for transport, so there’s no need for you to worry about how to get your vehicle to us. We'll coordinate the logistics to ensure a seamless transition, whether it’s at your home, a storage lot, or your farm.
What drives donation value
The value of your donated ATV or UTV is influenced by several factors, including condition, maintenance history, and market demand. Vehicles with higher hours than mileage on 4-stroke engines tend to hold their value better. Models like the Polaris RZR and Can-Am UTVs are particularly strong in the used market. If your vehicle has been well-maintained with service records, it can command a higher value. Remember that while dents and faded plastics may lower the price, good runability can add a premium, and even non-running units have positive parts value.
Documentation you need
- MSO or title (if available)
- Bill of sale for off-road vehicles

Kentucky specifics
In Kentucky, vehicles like ATVs and UTVs that are used solely off-road often do not require title transfer. Instead, a bill of sale is typically sufficient for donation. At Ride for Good, we’re familiar with state DMV regulations and can assist in ensuring your donation meets all local requirements.
